     The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street, on Item 3 pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(d) Wis. Stats. to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(e) Wis. Stats. for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business which requires a closed session for competitive or bargaining reasons.
