Stats. to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention, pursuant to section 19.85 (1)(e) Wis. Stats. for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business which requires a closed session for competitive or bargaining reasons, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g) Wis. Stats. to confer with representatives from the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
