Minutes note: Mr. Jakubovich noted that this matter was discussed at the June 14th meeting and the owner has submitted new plans, which are included in the PowerPoint presentation presented at the meeting. Individuals present: Dan Frahl - building designer Ald. Nik Kovac Mr. Bryant moved for acceptance, seconded by Ms. Nemec. There were no objections.

Minutes note: This matter was taken prior to item 3 as Ald. Bauman had to leave prior to the end of the meeting. HPC staff recommends that the metal panning be removed and the wood frames replaced. Scott Miezin - Envision Development - hired by the property owner, Richard Meeusen, to replace the wood window frames. Ald. Bauman moved, seconded by Ms. Nemec, for disapproval of the Certificate of Appropriateness. There were no objections.

   5. Certified Local Government Review of a National Register nomination for the Kinnickinnic River Parkway

Minutes note: Ms. Hatala will prepare a letter which reflects the actions of the Board as they relate to the national registration. Ms. Hatala provided historical, background information on national register nomination for the entire Kinnickinnic River Parkway and the history of the Parkway. Ms. Nemec moved, seconded by Ms. Ackerman, for support of the National Register nomination for the Kinnickinnic River Parkway. There were no objections.
