Minutes note: The minutes of the July meeting were approved. Ald. Coggs moved that the Council go into a Committee of the Whole. Ald. Taylor escorted four individuals to the podium who had created and run the Granville Blues Festival (currently in its sixth year). The individuals were: Neva Hill, Marquette Edwards , Mary Hoehne and Craig Berry. Ald. Taylor moved that the Committee of the Whole rise.
