Ms. Stewart talked a little about her new plan of operations to the members and also pointed out that there are some neighbors that hang out with chairs and bottles of liquor on the sidewalk and; that it is also documented on her plan.
Ald. Coggs said that she is comfortable moving forward and recommended a warning letter.
Ald. Borkowski moved approval with a warning letter based upon the preponderance of the evidence in the police report that demonstrates the operation results in a threat to the health, safety or welfare of the public. There were no objections. (Prevailed 3-0)
