This resolution grants permanent historic designation to the Milwaukee Auditorium and Milwaukee Arena, 412 W. Kilbourn Ave., in the 400 and 500 blocks of W. Kilbourn Avenue, in the Fourth Aldermanic District. The Historic Preservation Commission recommended permanent historic designation as a City of Milwaukee Historic District as a result of fullfillment of criteria f-1, f-2, f-5, f-6, and f-9 of the Historic Preservation Ordinance, Section 320-21(3) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances.
