Minutes note: The Dept. of Public Works asked to strike in the 4th Aldermanic District legislation related to parking on the south side of W. Winnebago Ave. from N. 8th St. to N. 6th St, the north side of W. Highland Ave. from N. 6th St. to N. 8th St., north side of W. Highland Ave. from N. 8th St. to N. 9th St. , south side of W. State St. from N. 6th St. to N. James Lovell St. and both sides of N. 8th St. from W. State St. to W. Highland Ave. Ald. Bauman is opposed to this change. Star Robertson - MATC student Kelly Tucker - MATC student Antoine Williams - MATC student Michael Rosen - Economic professor at MATC and president of the student and faculty union. Ald.
