252196 02.ResolutionResolution declaring the Department of Public Works parking lot at 1335 North 12th Street as surplus to municipal needs and authorizing acceptance of an unsolicited offer to purchase from Vliet Street Lofts, LLC, in the 4th Aldermanic District.

Minutes note: Appearing: Rosita Ross, DCD Real Estate Peter Knox, DPW Parking Services Ms. Ross and Mr. Knox presented. The file declares the parking lot at 1335 North 12th Street surplus to municipal needs and directs the sale of the property. The parking lot will serve as off-site parking for the development at 1220 West Vliet Street. The parking lot will have new security lighting installed, repaved parking stalls, and fencing. The lot will temporarily host stagging construction activities for the Vliet Street Lofts development. Commissioner Crane moved approval, seconded by commissioner Washington.
