| | | | Notice is hereby given that a representative of the Office of the City Attorney of the City of Milwaukee (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on July 16, 2026 in Room 205 at 200 E. Wells Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of a promissory note (the “Note”), in one or more series, pursuant to Sections 66.1333 and 66.1201 to 66.1211 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as amended, in a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,875,000, on behalf of Austin Commons, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (the “Borrower”).
Proceeds from the sale of the Note will be loaned to the Borrower to finance a portion of the construction of a 5-story multifamily apartment facility containing approximately 100 units to be located at 2332 South Austin Street in the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is currently expected to be known as Austin Commons. The initial owner of the facility will be the Borrower.
The Note will be a limited obligation of the Authority, payable by it solely from revenues pledged under a loan agreement | | | |
