| | | | Those individuals intending to initiate a challenge under this process should make an appointment as soon as practical by emailing voterinfo@milwaukee.gov or calling 414-286-8683.
Due to network security requirements, parties are encouraged to bring paper copies of evidence, and if any video access is required, parties should expect to provide the technology to play said evidence during the hearing. Failure to do so may delay proceedings.
Unrelated to the challenges of registered electors under Wisconsin State Statute §6.48(2), the Milwaukee Board of Election Commissioners may convene into closed session on October 28, 2026, in Room 303, 200 E. Wells Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conferring with their legal counsel who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is, or is likely to become, involved and then may go into open session for the remainder of its meeting agenda. | | | |
