Minutes note: The Milwaukee Arts Board Public Art Subcommittee is currently reviewing, updating, the PAIR application, in preparation for the second iteration of the program. Application will be presented at the mayor's cabinet meeting of December 18th and subsequently, the Arts Board meeting.
