Zamarripa noted that this business will have been closed for 72 days until the Common Council date as the provisional license was not approved. Ald. Spiker moved approval with a 72 day suspension held in abeyance based upon the preponderance of the evidence in the police report, applicant and aldermanic testimony that demonstrates the operation results in a threat to health, safety, or welfare of the public.
