Minutes note: Alderman Robert Donovan, Chair of the Public Safety Committee explained that his purpose for scheduling the Special Public Safety Committee meeting is an effort to bring together representatives of MPS and the Public Safety Committee to explore meaningful ways to address the growing problems that exist in the Milwaukee Public Schools system.
