Minutes note: Resolution relative to application, acceptance, and funding of a brownfield grant application to the USEPA for Supplemental Brownfields Revolving Loan Funds for cleanup and redevelopment of various brownfields throughout the City of Milwaukee.
Assistant Executive Director Dave Misky provided an overview of the RACM Brownfield Loan Fund. The Authority will be applying for a $5 million grant from the USEPA to support the Authority’s Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Program. The Authority has received >$13M over the past 20 years allowing us to provide 20 loans for development throughout the City of Milwaukee including several affordable housing projects.
Commissioner West moved for adoption of the resolution and it carried by a vote of 6 ayes - 0 nays. Adopted resolution is No 10986.
