Minutes note: Present: Jezamil Arroyo-Vega (DNS Commissioner), Kristen Reed (DNS Operations), Danielle Rodriguez (DPW Operations), James Washington (DPW Coordination Manager), Rick Meyers (Sanitation Services Manager) and Jerrel Kruschke (DPW Commissioner). Mr. Meyers said that about 50,000 tires are recycled each year at the Drop Off Centers. Mr. Kruschke said that on 2023 they received 1,903 calls for illegal dumping and that they collaborate with DNS with many of those reports.
