Minutes note: ALD. HENNINGSEN moved to amend substitute 2 on page 5, to add "C" a last phrase "and the Village of Lannon and to offer emergency water service."
ALD. PAWLINSKI moved to go into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from James Kaminski, CPW, relative to the foregoing matter.
Carrie Lewis and Mr. Kaminski appeared to further discuss this matter.
ALD. NARDELLI moved that the Committe do now rise.
The motion prevailed.
THE CHAIR moved to vote on the amendment.

Ayes: 11 - Ald. D'Amato, Henningsen, Schramm, Johnson-Odom, Frank, Scherbert, Witkowiak, Pawlinski, Breier, Naredelli and President Kalwitz.
