Minutes note: Ms. Witte stated there is $154,749 available for funding projects, with $10,171 currently incumbered.
The committee discussed applications from the following organizations: Garden District, Milwaukee Downtown, CUPED, Layton Blvd. West Neighbors Inc, GMC, ReciproCITY/Fondy Food Center, MLK Economic Development Corp., 5 Points Neighborhood Association, Inc., Harbor District, Inc., Jazale's Art Studio, and Khristitecture. Ms. Morris stated the following organizations need email follow-ups: Garden District, Milwaukee Downtown, MLK Economic Development Corportation, and Harbor District Inc. Ms. Morris stated the following organizations should present at the next meeting: CUPED, GMC, 5 Points Neighborhood Association, Inc., and Jazale's Art Studio. Ms. Morris stated addtional follow-up is need with Layton Blvd West Neighbors Inc and RecirpoCITY/Fondy Food Center. It was decided that Khristitecture would not be funded because they are not a 501(c)(3). | | | |
