Minutes note: After few corrections, member Murphy, seconded by member Pate moved approval of the minutes, as amended, of the January 14, 2025 meeting minutes. There were no further objections.

     3. New Business a. PAIR Program Evaluation

Minutes note: Mr. Paul Druecke, the PAIR program evaluator. Is an artist and writer with deep ties to the city of Milwaukee and its creative communities. He will be soliciting responses from board members as a strategy for his interactions and interviews with people going forward. Questions such as how does the board feel about the program, has the Program being successful; the collecting, organizing, and reviewing of the archival documents to extract relevant data, organizing it and summarizing it to make it relevant and accessible. On behalf of the subcommittee and the full board, Ms. Morris will be looking forward to hearing Mr. Druecke's developing updates in future meetings.
