Minutes note: Although it's your vote and whoever can do it can do it, as I hear the names who are present here today, and this may be a hard ask, but it sounds like member Andrews and Tucker are the residential representatives, said Ald. Coggs.
Member Andrews accepted the Chair position. There were no objections.

| | | | 4. Presentation by Assistant City Attorney Peter Block on Open Meetings and Open Records Law.
Minutes note: Atty. Block gave his presentation regarding public records and open meetings laws: The basics
full power point presentation was subsequently sent to all members, for their reference and further questions.
Ald. Coggs said that part of the reason that in her mind, she'd say six months, it should take as long as it needs to, but many of these things are things people at the table have already been thinking about and trying to plan for anyways, number one. Number two, some of the infrastructure stuff, if there's any chance of getting it done, it would be, after the winter month. I think residents and stakeholders can see the results of any of the recommendations that we put forward that might be infrastructure-based that maybe there's a possibility of getting it done in this next calendar year if we come back with the recommendations in time enough.
Chairwoman Andrews asked if MPD, DPW and VISION ZERO could provide statistical information of the area, general maps, relative to traffic incidents, crashes, to start the discussion for the recommendations.
