POINTER FOR THE PREMISES AT 4221 W. CAPITOL DRIVE, "M&J CAP TAP" (10TH DISTRICT) NONRENEWAL OF THE CLASS "D" BARTENDER RENEWAL LICENSE OF ANTHONY T. HAYES. DENIAL OF THE HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTOR LICENSE OF JOHN WEISENBERGER FOR "JOHN WEISENBERGER CONSTRUCTION" AT 4232 W. PECK PL. THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council present at the meeting had read the report and recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee and written exceptions, if filed, relative to the foregoing recommendations.
