Johnson-Odom moved to amend those portions of Part 1 relating to the election wards that comprise the 3rd and 6th Aldermanic Districts as follows: In the 3rd Aldermanic District, delete election ward #111 and transfer it to the 6th Aldermanic District; and in the 6th Aldermanic District delete election ward #56 and transfer it to the 3rd Aldermanic District. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Ald. Gordon, Murphy and Johnson-Odom-3. Noes: Ald. Richards and D'Amato-2. (Ald. Richards in the Chair). Ald. D'Amato moved to amend the file as shown in attachment "A". Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Gordon, Murphy, Johnson-Odom, Richards and D'Amato-5. Noes: 0. The motion prevailed. Ald. Gordon moved to recommend passage of the substitute ordinance. The motion prevailed.
