File Number 971873: Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern and Instrumental Music license of Leroy L. Foster for the premises at 2379 N. Holton Street ("Jazz Oasis") in the 6th Ald. Dist.
File Number 971873: Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern, Tavern Dance and Billiard Hall license of Gregory B. Lontkowski for the premises at 8775 N. 107th Street ("Headquarters Bar") in the 15th Ald. Dist.
THE CHAIR questioned whether all members of the Common Council had read the report and recommendations by the Utilities and Licenses Committee.

ALD. BUTLER moved that the Council do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the applicant's attorney and Assistant City Attorney.
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Attorney James Toran and City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Committee relative to the foregoing matter.
