There was discussion regarding a 3% wage adjustment to the 2026 Salary Ordinance relating to increases to minimum and maximum wage rates in pay ranges, fiscal impact at ($6.9 million for 2026), and previous practice with wage adjustments across the board.
Mr. Rynders would submit a fiscal impact statement to the file.
