| | 3. | | Discussion and possible vote on Next Level Auto at 9334 N 107th St. (adding used car sales)
Minutes note: Mr. Ryan Witte said they opened as a motor vehicle repair shop and now want to sell used cars and loaner vehicles for their customers. They are adding a used-car sale license to the existing business. Currently he is the only buyer listed, which will stay the same for the next year. Mr. Erdmann asked why the delay in applying for this license, but it's needed for the loaner vehicles, which are obtained through a separate company. He has not yet received all the city and state approvals. The benefit is he'll be able to offer higher-quality loaner and second-hand vehicles. They are hiring one more position for the repair, but not for the used car aspect. They try to hire as local as possible and do Facebook postings. He was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals for both auto repair and used car sales.
Mr. Erdmann moved, seconded by Mr. Sandhawalia, for approval. There were no objections.
