| | 3. | | The Community Survey and Research Committee will convene in closed session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e), Wis Stats., for the purpose of discussing and ranking the proposals submitted in response to RFP #19198, and the investing of public funds. The Commission will then reconvene into open session to continue with the remainder of the meeting.
Minutes note: Mr. Jansen said that the name of the RFP contractor shall not be made public at this time. All 3 members signed the RFP Responsibilities document and those were sent onto Purchasing. Mr. Jansen will press forward on requesting funds from the Common Council. He was not able to provide information on the costs until an organization was chosen to do the work. He will reach out to the Budget Office and the city about getting funds. He is hoping for movement on this next week and hopes to update the entire CCC at its next meeting. Mr. Jansen will reach out to Purchasing about how to handle this when funding isn't guaranteed.
Mr. Jansen would like to meet next Thursday for an update at noon.
