The adoption of this ordinance will update the Official Map of the City of Milwaukee based on additions, mostly alley vacations, as contained in the file.
Commissioners inquired about the triggering of these amendments.
Mr. Bekele replied that the amendments to the official map were done annually to reflect (mostly) street and alley vacations requested by adjacent property owners.

This resolution approves a final Certified Survey Map that divides one parcel into two lots for future sale and dedicates land for public street purposes.
It was noted a clerical correction needed to be made to change "west of 122nd Street" to "west of 121st Street".
Ms. Jones introduced herself joining DCD full-time and working with certified survey maps going forward.
