   2. Review and approval of the minutes of the November 5th meeting.

   3. Review and possible vote on Homage Hemp at 8923 W. Brown Deer Rd.

Minutes note: Devan presented slides on the proposed signage and window wraps for Homage Hemp as well as the proposed interior. He operates a multi-state hemp distribution operation and has been in the industry since 2016. Homage Hemp is ahead of the proposed federal bill and is responding to that already. He went through his qualifications in the hemp industry. Caliph will be the national director of regional expansion and Devan went through Caliph's background in community organizing and mentoring. They work with the store to optimize the shelf design, take professional photos to upload to Google maps and run small promotions to help the store engage with their community to increase sales. They do map the progress of individual stores by how much they are buying from Homage to determine how the store is doing. They are moving from wholesale to retail to better support their community missions. Mr. Erdmann said the State of Wisconsin is moving to ban for how their hemp is made, which would effective Nov. 2026 if passed. Devan noted this legislation may not pass. He does not see a total ban. Ms. Upshaw moved for approval. There was no second. Dr. Brookshire moved to decline. Mr. Erdmann is abstaining. Mr. Sandhawalia moved for approval. The Chair moved for approval for one year. This approval was for one year with the intention to return to GHAC after one year.

   4. Discussion and possible vote on gym partnerships between community groups and the Greater Holy Temple Christian Academy campus at 9520 W. Allyn St.
