Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Russell Avenue from South Taylor Avenue to South Pine Avenue on school days from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of West Fond du Lac Avenue from the north curb line of West Ridge Court to a point 140 feet west thereof at anytime"
"On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from the east curb line of North 19th Street to a point 110 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of West Wright Street from the west curb line of North 28th Street to a point 90 feet west thereof, at any time"
"On the south side of West Wright Street from the west curb line of North 28th Street to a point 50 feet west thereof, at any time"
"On the east side of North 19th Street from the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 40 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue at any time"
"On the east side of North 19th Street from a point 185 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 235 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue, at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Dewey Place from a point 100 feet west of South Howell Avenue to a point 65 feet west thereof
On the north side of East Dewey Place from a point 450 feet west of South Howell Avenue to a point 65 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North 9th Street to a point 55 feet east
In the alley north of East Dewey Place, between South Austin Street and South Howell Avenue
On the east side of North 73rd Street from a point 1260 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 115 feet south thereof
On the east side of North 73rd Street from a point 1560 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 106 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 73rd Street from a point 1626 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 40 feet south thereof
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-a of the Code relating to Fifteen Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of West North Avenue from North 57th Street to North 58th Street"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West North Avenue from North 57th Street to North 58th Street
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West National Avenue from South 9th Street to South 10th Street
Part 7. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 28th Street from West Vliet Street to West Burleigh Street"
"On the east side of North 29th Street from West Meinecke Avenue to West Center Street"
Part 8. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 28th Street from West Vliet Street to West North Avenue
On the west side of North 28th Street from West Clarke Street to West Burleigh Street
On the east side of North 29th Street from West Clarke Street to West Center Street
