Title

Analysis
This ordinance provides that if an alcohol beverage establishment licensee terminates the appointment of a licensed manager as manager of the establishment, or if the manager leaves employment with the licensee, the establishment licensee shall notify the city clerk of such action in writing within 10 days of the termination or separation. The manager shall surrender the manager’s license and return the license to the city clerk not later than 10 days following the day on which the manager appointment was terminated or separation from employment occurred.

Similarly, the ordinance provides that if a licensed home improvement salesperson is separated from employment with a licensed home improvement contractor for any reason, the licensed contractor shall notify the city clerk of the separation in writing within 10 days of the separation. The licensed salesperson shall surrender the salesperson’s license to the city clerk not later than 10 days following that day on which separation from employment occurred.
