Substitute resolution relating to special taxes or assessments for the year 2011.

Analysis

This resolution directs the proper City officers to enter on the 2011 tax roll various special charges and assessments as reported by the City Comptroller pursuant to the City Charter.

Body

Whereas, The City Comptroller, in compliance with the City Charter, has reported to the Common Council that he has schedules of special taxes and assessments to be levied on various lots and parcels in several aldermanic districts; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the special taxes and assessments, as certified by the City Comptroller, are deemed to be legal and just, and the same levied and assessed on the lots and parcels of land described on the schedules; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the proper City officers are directed to enter the amounts indicated on the schedules on the tax roll of the year 2011 and collect the special charges and assessments as provided in the City Charter.
