Analysis

This ordinance eliminates certain code provisions relating to the use of prevailing wages in public works contracts and community participation in development agreements consistent with provisions of 2011 Wisconsin Act 32.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 309-21 of the code is repealed.

Part 2.  Section 309-23 of the code is repealed.

Part 3.  Section 309-25 of the code is repealed.

Part 4.  Section 309-27 of the code is repealed.

Part 5.  Section 309-31 of the code is repealed.

Part 6.  Section 309-33 of the code is repealed.

Part 7.  Section 309-35 of the code is repealed.

Part 8.  Section 309-37 of the code is repealed.

Part 9.  Section 355-13-3 of the code is repealed.

Part 10.  Section 355-15-2 of the code is repealed.

Part 11.  Section 355-15-1 of the code is renumbered 355-15-0.

Part 12.  Section 355-17-a of the code is repealed.

Part 13.  Section 355-17-b to d of the code is renumbered a to c.
