Analysis
This resolution approves an easement agreement between the City and Wisconsin Electric Power Company to allow the installation and maintenance of underground utility facilities under the City-owned property at 3025 West Ruby Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Construction of a new compressed natural gas refueling station will require the Wisconsin Electric Power Company to provide additional electric transmission lines along the north boundary of the property; and

Whereas, The Wisconsin Electric Power Company desires to enter into an easement agreement with the City to allow for underground utility facilities under the City- owned parcel at 3025 West Ruby Avenue; and

Whereas, There will be no structures installed on this parcel; and

Whereas, The Wisconsin Electric Power Company has submitted a proposed easement agreement for the right to have its underground utility facilities pass under City property; and

Whereas, The City Engineer has checked the legal description and location drawing; now, therefore be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Common Council approves an easement agreement between the City and Wisconsin Electric Power Company for the installation and maintenance of underground utility facilities under the City-owned property at 3025 West Ruby Avenue, a copy of which is attached to this file; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the proper City officials are authorized to execute the agreement with the Wisconsin Electric Power Company on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and be it
