Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 37^th Street to a point 140 feet west from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South 5^th Place from the south curb line of West Howard Avenue to a point 75 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the east side of South 9^th Place from West Hayes Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"

"On West Center Street from North Teutonia Avenue to a point 175 feet east"

"On the north side of West Center Street from North teutonia Avenue to a point 175 feet west"

"On North Teutonia Avenue from West Center Street to a point 175 feet north"

"On North Teutonia Avenue from West Center Street to a point 175 feet south"

"On the south side of East Lincoln Avenue from the east curb line of South 1^st Street to a point 340 feet east thereof, at any time"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Hampton Avenue from North Green Bay Avenue to a point 190 feet west

On the west side of North Dousman Street from East Keefe Avenue to a point 60 feet south

On the west side of South 33^rd Court from West Roundhouse road to a point 510 feet south

On the east side of South 13^th Street from a point 370 feet south of West Whitaker Avenue to a point 140 feet south thereof

In the alley bounded by East Windsor Place, East North Avenue, North Newhall Street and North Bartlett Avenue

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Scott Street from South 32^nd Street to South 33^rd Street

On South 7^th Street from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street
