Analysis

This ordinance establishes that represented/nonsworn employes of the city who are capable of maintaining a financial relationship with a banking institution shall participate in the direct deposit of city pay checks.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 350-204 of the code is amended to read:

350-204.  Direct Deposit for Certain City Employes.  Those management [[and]] >>,<< nonmanagement/nonrepresented >>and represented/nonsworn<< employes who are capable of maintaining a financial relationship with a banking institution shall participate in the direct deposit of city pay checks.
