Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in

various parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Chapman Place from West Appleton Avenue to the first alley west thereof from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Center Street from North 92^nd Street to North 93^rd Street”

“On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from the east curb line of North 10^th Street to a point 96 feet east thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 60 feet west of the west curb line of North 8^th Street to a point 180 feet further west thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 110 feet east of North 10^th Street to a point 55 feet further east thereof at any time”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Center Street from a point 130 feet west of North 92^nd Street to a point 65 feet west thereof

On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 630 feet east of North 12^th Street to a point 85 feet east thereof

On the west side of North 86^th Street from West Adler Street south to the dead end

On the west side of South 2^nd Street from a point 400 feet north of West Seeboth Street to a point 160 feet north thereof

On the west side of North 16^th Street from a point 205 feet south of West Wells Street to a point 100 feet south thereof

On the south side of West Dana Street from South 84^th Street east to the dead end

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South Barclay Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Florida Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Center Street from North 92^nd Street to a point 130 feet west

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Dana Street from South 84^th Street, east to the dead end”

Part 7.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 18^th Street from West Wells Street to West Kilbourn Avenue
