Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 9^th Street from a point 740 feet north of West Grange Avenue to a point 40 feet north thereof from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Pittsburgh Avenue from South Barclay Street to a point 110 feet west”

“On the south side of East Polk Street from East Erie Street to North Jackson Street, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Except Sunday”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Bruce Street from South 11^th Street to a point 255 feet west

On the north side of East Erie Street from East Polk Street to North Jackson Street

On the north side of East Pittsburgh Avenue from South 1^st Street to South Barclay Street

On East Polk Street from East Erie Street to North Harbor Drive

Part 4.  Section 101-32-3-d-4 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Hampshire Street from North Downer Avenue to a point 135 feet east from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Except Sunday
