Title

An ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Juneau Avenue from North Broadway to North Water Street from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the east side of North 74^th Street from the south curb line of West Silver Spring Drive to a point 80 feet south thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 78^th Street on School Days from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM from West O’Connor Street to West Dixon Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of East/West Auer Avenue from North Bluhm Place to North Julia Street”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East/West Auer Avenue from North Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Drive to North Bluhm Place

On the north side of East/West Auer Avenue from North Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Drive to North Julia Street

Part 5.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On South Barclay Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Florida Street

On East Florida Street from South 1^st Street to South Barclay Street

On West Florida Street from South 1^st Street to South 5^th Street

On West Nicholas Street from South 5^th Street to South Alexander Street
