Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in
various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Orchard Street at South 38th Street”
Part 2. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 87th Street at West Arden Place
Part 3. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On South 55th Street at West Plainfield Avenue
On West Kerney Place and South 18th Street
On West Grantosa Drive, and North Strathmore Avenue and North 68th Street in all directions
On West Grantosa Drive and North Evans Street in all directions
On West Grantosa Drive and North 82nd Street in all directions
On West Carmen Avenue and North 68th Street in all directions
On West Orchard Street and South 38th Street in all directions
Part 4. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to through highways is amended by striking the following:
“On West Grantosa Drive from west line of North 76th Street to north line of West Appleton Avenue”
“On North 68th Street from West Grantosa Drive to south line of West Florist Avenue”
“On West Grantosa Drive from North 68th Street to north line of West Villard Avenue”
Part 5. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to through highways is amended by adding the following:
On West Grantosa Drive from west line of North 76th Street to east line of North Evans Street
On West Grantosa Drive from west line of North Evans Street to east line of North 82nd Street
On West Grantosa Drive from west line of North 82nd Street to north line of West Appleton Avenue
