Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

 of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 38^th Street to a point 255 feet west

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the alley bounded by West Blue Mound Road, West St Paul Avenue, North 91^st Street and North 92^nd Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of W. Dakota Street from S. 31^st Street to S. 33^rd Street from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday”

“On West Dakota Street from South 33^rd Street to South 34^th Street, Except Saturday and Sunday”

“On South 34^th Street from West Manitoba Street to West Oklahoma Avenue”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East North Avenue from a point 230 feet west of North Cambridge Avenue to a point 350 feet west thereof

101009 Parking Ordinance
