Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

10th Aldermanic District

N. 58th St.- A point south of W. Valley Forge Dr. to W. Valley Forge Dr. (ST211110105) File Number 100142: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (6.0-foot width of tree border area), and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $7,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $73,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $91,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.
