Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Juneau Avenue from North 6th Street to a point 250 feet west
On the north side of West Juneau Avenue from North 8th Street to a point 170 feet east
On the south side of West Juneau Avenue from North 8th Street to a point 140 feet east of North 7th Street
On the north side of West Winnebago Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 260 feet west
On the south side of West Winnebago Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 370 feet west
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 78th Street from West Fairview Avenue to West Stevenson Street Avenue from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
On the east side of North 92nd Street from a point 340 feet north of West Lisbon Avenue to a point 40 feet north thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South Burrell Street from East Plainfield Avenue to east Bolivar Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of North Cambridge Street from East North Avenue to a point 110 feet north”
“On the east side of South Howell Avenue from West Bolivar Avenue to West Crawford Avenue”
“On the west side of South Howell Avenue from a point 330 feet north of the north curb line of West Bolivar Avenue to West Crawford Avenue”
“On East Ogden Avenue between North Jefferson and North Van Buren Streets”
“On the north side of East Ogden Avenue from North Jackson Street to North Jefferson Street”
