Whereas, An application was submitted by Antoine W. Reasby, Sr. on July 18, 2024; and

Whereas, The application was reviewed by the Department of Public Works and all related costs have been paid; and

Whereas, The Citizen Advisory Committee on the Naming of Public Buildings, Facilities and Streets met on March 6, 2025 and by a vote of four (4) ayes and two (2) excused recommended approval of this honorary naming; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that assigning the honorary name "Bishop Sedgwick Daniels" to West Hampton Avenue from North 32nd Street to North Hopkins Street, is approved.
