This motion denies the food dealer license application of Dante Pearson for the premises at 5231 W. Center Street ("Smoke Kings Depot").
Body
Dante Pearson applied for a food dealer license from the City of Milwaukee on June 2, 2010; and
 
Whereas, The Health Department received an objection from Ald. Michael Murphy to a food dealer license for Dante Pearson for the premises at 5231 W. Center Street doing business as "Smoke Kings Depot, LLC" in the 10th Aldermanic District; and
 
The Common Council's Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on the application on September 8, 2010; and
 
The Committee denied the food dealer license application of Dante Pearson based on non appearance; now, therefore,
 
It is moved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the food dealer license application of Dante Pearson for the premises at 5231 W. Center Street in the 10th Aldermanic District ("Smoke Kings Depot LLC") be denied.
