Analysis

This resolution accepts Sewer Easement document SE-2763, in Vacated West Thurston Avenue between North 76^th Street and Vacated North 75^th Street in the 2^nd Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has obtained an easement required to maintain the existing 12-inch storm sewer in Vacated West Thurston Avenue between North 76^th Street and Vacated North 75^th Street in the Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼) of Section 27, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; and

Whereas, The easement for said storm sewer is in the property owned by Kalan Haywood; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2763, granting permission to the City to maintain said storm sewer has been granted by Kalan Haywood and approved as to contents, form, and execution by the proper City Officers; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2763, will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2763, said Sewer Easement document being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 050159 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That said Sewer Easement documents shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
