Title
Resolution authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to include reimbursement for engineering to be done by the City of Milwaukee's street lighting engineers on the new street lighting system for the planned improvement of North 76th Street between West Florist Avenue and West County Line Road, in the City of Milwaukee, with 100% Federal and/or State aid under the State Trunk Highway program. Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement with the WISDOT for the inclusion of engineering monies available to the City of Milwaukee's street lighting engineers to cover their design costs for the new street lighting system to be constructed on North 76th Street between West Florist Avenue and West County Line Road. The preliminary engineering for said street lighting system is covered 100% by the WISDOT and is estimated to be $225,000. This resolution also authorizes and directs the City Comptroller to establish the necessary subaccounts for this project.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 041385, on February 22, 2005, authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) to update and revise the City of Milwaukee's engineering, right-of-way, and construction costs associated with North 76th Street between West Florist Avenue and West County Line Road; and
