Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various

Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 22^nd Street from a point 160 feet north of West Mitchell Street to a point 175 feet north thereof on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Except Buses

On the east side of South 25^th Street from a point 200 feet north of West Scott Street to a point 275 feet north thereof on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Except Buses

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Euclid Avenue from South 13^th Street east to the first north/south alley”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Euclid Avenue from South 13^th to a point 75 feet east

On the north side of West Nicholas Street from South Alexander Street to a point 100 feet east

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from a point 210 feet north of South Muskego Avenue to a point 120 feet north thereof

Part 5.  Section 101-23-8-c of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Juneau Avenue from a point 40 feet east of North Edison Street to a point 75 feet east thereof

On the west side of North Water Street from a point 100 feet north of East Juneau Avenue to a point 35 feet north thereof

On the east side of North Water Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 160 feet north
