Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd and 6th Aldermanic Districts

E./W. Keefe Ave. - N. Humboldt Ave. to N. 7th St. (ST520042010) (2059-00-71)
For construction related cost. (City Share Non-Assessable Paving Fund -- $20,000)

Previously authorized for Engineering -- $115,000
Current estimated cost of the total project including this resolution -- $2,152,774.74
Original estimated cost of the total resolution (Resolution File No. 040400) -- $1,844,000

This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.
