The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 350-24.5 of the code is created to read:
350-24.5. City Treasurer.
Whenever it becomes necessary in the judgment of the city treasurer, employes of the city treasurer may be employed and compensated for overtime assignments.
