Analysis
This resolution grants permanent historic designation to the house located at 4330 N. 25th St.
Body
Whereas, The Historic Preservation Commission and the Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee both voted unanimously to grant interim historic designation to the house located at 4330 N. 25th St. in the Garden Homes Subdivision; and
 
Whereas, The Common Council adopted the recommendation Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee at its meeting on May 25th; and
 
Whereas, It is required by City Code that a hearing be held by the Historic Preservation Commission within 90 days relating to permanent historic designation of those structures granted interim status; and
 
Whereas, The Historic Preservation Commission at its July 19, 2010 meeting voted unanimously to grant permanent historic designation to this property; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the house at 4330 N. 25th St. be granted permanent historic designation.
