Whereas, the Authority issued a Request for Proposal for Native Landscape Restoration Services in the Menomonee Valley Community Park on February 14, 2024, and one qualified response was received from GEI Consultants, Inc.; and
Whereas, GEI Consultants’ proposal was reviewed by an Evaluation Committee and a recommendation was made to the Executive Director to award and execute a contract; and
Whereas, GEI Consultants has agreed to perform all requirements outlined in their contract including its commitment to Small Business Enterprise participation; and
Whereas, funding for the Native Landscape Restoration Services will be provided from the Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Agreement funds; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the contract for such services.
